Artwork Guidelines

Logos

All logos should be submitted in an .eps or .ai format as to ensure a clean and clear production of the artwork. If you are able to produced a high resolution .jpg or .png we may be able to reproduce the logo depending on the quality of the supplied file.

Artwork

All artwork must either include the font files or have all text converted to outlines. Remember to embed all links and that they need to be 300+ dpi to ensure print quality.

File types we can use:

• Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
• EPS (.eps)
• JPEG (high quality, 300+ dpi)*
• PNGs (high quality, 300+ dpi)*

File types we cannot use:

• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Power Point
• Microsoft Publisher

If logos or artwork cannot be supplied to ASI Business Group in the acceptable file formats, the client may be billed a setup fee to rebuild the logo or artwork to an acceptable file format.

*Supplied artwork in these format may not always be acceptable due to file discrepancies.
Generally, logos and/or photos supplied from your company's website are not usable as these are low quality images for the web. These images when printed will appear pixelated.

Proofs

ASI Business Group will provide digital proofs (PDF) to the client before we send artwork to the factory for printing. Please consider the following when proofing as ASI Business Group will not be held responsible for errors after client sign-off:

• ASI Business Group is not held responsible for grammar, spelling or placement errors of any kind so please check the designs carefully!
• To sign off on work, sign the proof cover along with initialing all following pages and fax or email the proof back.
• After a final proof has been signed off and faxed or emailed back to ASI Business Group, changes to that artwork may include a re-flight fee.
• Check all work carefully and include all changes and alterations at one time to maximise printing efficiency.

Right to Promote

ASI Business Group reserves the right to use all products produced by ASI Business Group in its advertising, promotional literature, displays and sample programs unless instructed otherwise in writing by the client at the time of the order.

Overruns/Underruns

All orders are subject to the industry standard of 10% overrun/underrun: You may receive 10% more or less than the quantity ordered.  You will be charged for the total number of pieces received.
