ACCOUNT MANAGER

An Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing an existing book of business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Check in with clients via phone or email to inquire about supply and reorders
  • Follow up on overdue tasks or past-due accounts
  • Answer client questions, facilitate needs and resolve issues
  • Assemble sample packets, prepare quotes and write orders
  • Maintain up-to-date account information in our Salesforce CRM
  • Stay updated on knowledge of company products and services
  • Expand the current products within each account
