ACCOUNT MANAGER

An Account Manager is responsible for maintaining a book of business. They are to build client relationships while helping them with their needs and facilitate the sale process. This position is part of an established team and will work closely with fellow team members. Individuals are expected to provide product pricing, information, answer questions, resolve issues, and process orders in a timely and efficient manner. Will work mainly with executives and directors in the industries we serve, requiring a positive and professional attitude. To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer client questions and identify new business opportunities among existing customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships in a professional, positive, and productive manner that promotes productivity and sales
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
  • Complete orders by entering information into Salesforce and processing sales form
  • Contact vendors, factories, and printers for additional product information
  • Follow up on customers via phone or email and inquire about supply/reorders
  • Keep accurate records pertaining to inventory and account note
  • Maintain up-to-date account information in our Salesforce CRM
  • Resolve complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
  • Stay updated on knowledge of company products and services
  • Assist with additional projects and tasks as they occur

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in groups or individually on projects
  • Eager to learn and take on new growth opportunities
  • Inside Sales experience a plus
  • Passion for helping customers solve dynamic problems
  • Previous experience in customer service positions
  • Solid experience with CRM software (Salesforce a plus) and MS Office
  • Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills, phone experience a plus
