BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

A Business Development Representative is responsible for growing an existing book of business as well as overseeing hand-picked client accounts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Check in with hospital executives via phone or email to inquire about supply, reorders and additional product/solution needs
  • Send product information to get engagement on new products and/or with new contacts
  • Follow up on overdue tasks or past-due accounts
  • Work with design team on new designs and educational content
  • Assemble sample packets, prepare quotes and write orders
  • Practice new selling techniques, record and present results to management
  • Maintain up-to-date account information in our Salesforce CRM
  • Stay updated on knowledge of company products and services
  • Grow client accounts through upselling

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-3 years of Sales or Account Management Experience
  • 4-Year Bachelor’s Degree
