ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Manager
- Following up with hospital executives & title and escrow marketing managers via phone or email to inquire about supply and reorder.
- Follow up on overdue tasks or past-due accounts
- Writing orders, assembling sample packets, and completing quotes.
- Expanding existing client accounts through up-selling.
- Maintaining and growing the existing book of business.
- Other duties as assigned by management
Vendor Relations
- Work with vendors on new products, pricing and production details.
- Collaborate with the sales, AM and logistics teams to make sure all client’s needs are met. i.e. Pricing, turnaround times, product functionality, etc.
- Communicate with vendors to solve any problems during or after the production process.
- Preparing and processing purchase orders.
- Receive and record vendor acknowledgments.
- Build trust and relationships with vendor contacts.
- Monitors office supply needs
- Completes end of month process to ensure that sales orders, Salesforce, and QuickBooks all match in end of month totals
- Other duties as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years of Account Management or Vendor Relation Experience required
- 4-Year Bachelor’s Degree
Full-time Position
$40,000.00 to $45,000.00 / year
