Account Manager
An Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing an existing book of business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Check in with clients via phone or email to inquire about supply and reorders
- Follow up on overdue tasks or past-due accounts
- Answer client questions, facilitate needs and resolve issues
- Assemble sample packets, prepare quotes and write orders
- Maintain up-to-date account information in our Salesforce CRM
- Stay updated on knowledge of company products and services
- Expand the current products within each account

- Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales is a plus

- 4-Year Bachelor’s Degree
