Business Development Representative
A Business Development Representative is responsible for growing an existing book of business as well as overseeing hand-picked client accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Check in with hospital executives via phone or email to inquire about supply, reorders and additional product/solution needs
- Send product information to get engagement on new products and/or with new contacts
- Follow up on overdue tasks or past-due accounts
- Work with design team on new designs and educational content
- Assemble sample packets, prepare quotes and write orders
- Practice new selling techniques, record and present results to management
- Maintain up-to-date account information in our Salesforce CRM
- Stay updated on knowledge of company products and services
- Grow client accounts through upselling

- 2-3 years of Sales or Account Management Experience
- 4-Year Bachelor’s Degree
